I have this issue I checked in morning 7 am they said until wait afternoon I said ok then they work start.1.30 pm two guys working finally they solved this issue one of the guy brilliant he very professional both guys very nice talk they respect driver and owner. Parts Department has a good crew in there. Service also has always been good with any freightliner specific dealer level service i have to outsource to. My preferred place for anything Detroit, freightliner, Cummins or anything under their banner
