The crew in Neosho are outstanding. They addressed an exhaust issue on my motor home. They were thorough, professional, and very efficient. OUTSTANDING!!!
This is a small satellite shop from the Joplin group. The Neosho shop is so much more laid back and communicates sooooo much better. Friendly and knowledgeable. Hours are basically 8-5 so job takes a bit longer, but I think maybe the employees are happier and it seems the work quality is higher.

Fast, professional, Friendly and very clean. The drivers lounge was full of comfortable recliners. The Restroom and shower were Extremely clean.. I highly recommend this place!
The service dept here listens to what I need and then make sure it gets done to my satisfaction. Didn't meet techs but from past experiences they complete service well.
