I discussed with them that my trucks temperature at idle going upto 220 near the red and it never happened before. Turning it off and then on makes it normal. During their check in their notes it also shows it was going upto 205. I even showed a picture of it at 220 while parked. They insisted and argued its normal and wouldn't cover it under warranty and charged me $700 and did nothing.... I ended up having to change the thermostat anyway out of pocket and lost $700 to them.
