⚠️ Warning to other drivers: Stay far away from this Premier Truck location! Yesterday my truck had a coolant leak — they fixed it, but after the job was done they parked my truck outside the bay and forced me to wait an extra 1.5 hours just for them to “write up the paperwork.” When I asked for my bill, they kept stalling and still charged me for that wasted time after my truck was already finished. I would like to share my experience of a truck service, where there was a mixup with time of appointment, the crew was very accommodating, and a special shoutout to Mike, who was kind enough to let me hitch a ride on his service run back to my shop very much appreciated, The staff definitely Helped me and my company out a lot.
