Jennifer Roberts, Rebecca, Alex are all very friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable re tree services. Rebecca quickly became my "go to" person regarding scheduling. She also moved a large boulder and dug up shrubs without prior notice. Alex had his work cut out for him pruning neglected, overgrown shrubs. Jennifer oversaw everything. In spite of the hard work, we had fun. I recommend Premier Tree Service to anyone who appreciates skill and creativity. I look forward to working with them in the future.
Premier Tree Specialists is our go to Tree experts. They have certified arborists that give professional information on tree care. The crew is professional, courteous and leave your yard clean when they are done with their work.
Tree removal crew was great, but I think I will look for a different company if I need work done in the future. First of all, the tree removal crew, as mentioned, did a great job. I had a large tree removed from a small yard, and the crew was friendly and did not do any damage to my house, driveway, fence, or electric/communications wires. Nick Leach , sales , was great. Explained to me what had to be done and cost. I agreed and the following week the crew showed up right on time. 3 large maple trees and they were in and out in 6 hours. Everything was good but the the company dropped the ball. 10 days later the guy showed up to grind out the stump. So I guess I will give the workers a 4* rating but the office a 3* for lack of follow up and communication.
Very easy to get the quote, and set up service. They came within a few days and were efficient and cleaned up well.
