I'd to give a shout out to Sharon and Jose at Premier. My relative has been using transportation service with this company for years and Sharon has been tremendous help during this time for us. They both are great at what they are doing especially Sharon deserves a LEAP on her rate.
I have used this place a TON for my mil and they are SUPER! Courteous, compassionate, etc! The dispatcher is awesome., as are the drivers! All are so very kind and helpful with her! Lots of TLC! Love them. I am shocked to see a one star!

Pickup was at 11:30 this morning. It's now 1:00 and we're still waiting. I would never use them again
