The current operational layout and site maintenance at this facility are poorly managed. During my arrival, the trailer drop yard was undergoing grading with heavy machinery, including a motor grader, a dump truck, and a Bobcat, all occupying limited maneuvering space. Despite the high volume of incoming trucks attempting to perform drop-and-hooks, staff refused to designate an alternative drop location for empty trailers.
