Wonderful 5 star service! They took such good care of my mom and even stepped in to assisted above what we expected. This will be our go to service from now on. I also highly recommend paying to use the Broda chair. It was a saving grace for my mother's transport situation.
I've used Premier several times to transport my bed-bound elderly mother to my home for visits. They are extremely kind, considerate, caring, and professional. They are always on time and completely dependable. My mother only wants to use Premier after having used other services. She didn't have any specific complaints about others, but just said she feels safe and comfortable with everyone at Premier. You can tell they put their hearts into their work and treat their customers like family.
