So I dropped my torque converter off to this place Days went by. I never got a callback whatsoever. It required me calling them over the course of multiple days. I would not recommend this business. Neal, the shop manager, is a dishonest businessman. I took my Torque converter there for a rebuild because someone had suggested this business to me. After dropping off my Torque converter, I was told he would contact me when it is completed. I waited a month before calling him. He kept saying he was waiting for parts. A year went by. I drove there several times to talk with him, and he seemed uninterested in answering my questions regarding the status of my Torque converter. I waited sev... read more
They really couldn't help me. Their prices were not much better than mail order.
