I really wish i looked at the reviews prior to working with them. I was provided a quote during my initial phone call (which i had to request 3 times). I requested a follow up email but never received one. I called several times to obtain a copy of the quote. I was towards the end of my refinancing when i noticed they tripled the price of the initial quote. Thank goodness i seen their scam before closing. I delayed closing just to switch title companies. Buy beware!
Worst customer service, they didn't pay out the escrow that was owed by the seller before we owned home. Called to speak to someone wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone told me to send a email they will get back to me.
