From first contact to job complete…10/5 stars. Tom and Sara were phenomenal. I learned so much just in my time there as they are so knowledgeable and friendly. That, along with being accommodating and so fast with a last minute order of tires and install(next day), there’s no reason to not make Premier your new tire shop! Give em a shot and you’ll not regret it.

They took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I felt confident in my choice. The installation was quick, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. Tom is a rarity and perfection. Let me explain . 53 years on this earth and I can tell you I have no idea what's going on out there in the world . Crazy doesn't even cover it really. So many things make me shake my head , like for example customer service and how it has gone into the triolet . Ask for something and the staff person looks at you like they are lost and stoned. Tom has been my goto for years, best everything. I bought Tom's previous forged wheels, love them. Drove maybe 2 days, decided my car needed to be upgraded. Traded up my Q5 for a SQ5 and Tom worked flawlessly with me mounting my winters to OEM rims and mounting those on my Q5. Made the trade while my forged wheels sat safely at Tom's shop, upon my return Tom set me up in a timely fashion. Then I was off, new whip new wheels turbo mode on.
