From first contact to job complete…10/5 stars. Tom and Sara were phenomenal. I learned so much just in my time there as they are so knowledgeable and friendly. That, along with being accommodating and so fast with a last minute order of tires and install(next day), there’s no reason to not make Premier your new tire shop! Give em a shot and you’ll not regret it.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Tom and Sara went above and beyond — super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole process easy and stress-free. I even learned a few things just watching them work. They handled managed to get me in instantly with my busy schedule and got everything installed the very next day. Fast, professional, and all-around awesome. If you need tires, Premier is the place — you won’t be disappointed!
I would highly recommend Premier Tires And Wheels. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I had some questions on my purchase and they were answered promptly. They have an easy to navigate website with many top brand options. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are phenomenal to deal with. 10 out of 10.
If you are looking for rims and tires, this is the shop you go to. And if there is a verification process for Google reviews, they should have get 5 stars and they deserve it. Husband and wife owned with a strong focus on good customer service from start to finish. Tom provided a list of winter wheel options for my car and offered suggestions and advice right down to a detailed description of how the selected wheel would fit.
