From the moment I walked in, the two were friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. They took the time to explain my options without any high-pressure sales tactics, found me the perfect spare tire for me when i was in a crunch. They had me in and out faster than I thought possible. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Tom and Sara went above and beyond — super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole process easy and stress-free. I even learned a few things just watching them work. They handled managed to get me in instantly with my busy schedule and got everything installed the very next day. Fast, professional, and all-around awesome. If you need tires, Premier is the place — you won’t be disappointed!
From first contact to job complete…10/5 stars. Tom and Sara were phenomenal. I learned so much just in my time there as they are so knowledgeable and friendly. That, along with being accommodating and so fast with a last minute order of tires and install(next day), there’s no reason to not make Premier your new tire shop! Give em a shot and you’ll not regret it.
Like others have said, Tom and Sara run a first class tire business. Taking care of all their customers is their focus. From helping me source wheels and snow tires for my new EV (that the big guys couldn't or wouldn't) to their flexibility in scheduling, rapid installation, and reasonable pricing, Premier Tire is the only place to go for your tires! I came because of other's reviews and I'm very happy I did.
I would highly recommend Premier Tires And Wheels. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I had some questions on my purchase and they were answered promptly. They have an easy to navigate website with many top brand options. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are phenomenal to deal with. 10 out of 10.
