Tom is a rarity and perfection. Let me explain . 53 years on this earth and I can tell you I have no idea what's going on out there in the world . Crazy doesn't even cover it really. So many things make me shake my head , like for example customer service and how it has gone into the triolet . Ask for something and the staff person looks at you like they are lost and stoned. Tom has been my goto for years, best everything. I bought Tom's previous forged wheels, love them. Drove maybe 2 days, decided my car needed to be upgraded. Traded up my Q5 for a SQ5 and Tom worked flawlessly with me mounting my winters to OEM rims and mounting those on my Q5.
