From Bryson and Eric explaining issues with my 2008 Kia Rio to Brooklyn doing a follow-up call, it made a great impression. I especially appreciated their attention to detail by sending text messages with documentation and a video explanation of issues with my car while I was in the waiting room. I highly recommend Premier Automotive Specialists for their professionalism and friendliness.
