I had just had my calipers done by another mechanic when driving, I started hearing a loud bang from my front left side wheel. Long story short, I brought my car in and the mechanics looked at the side and found that the bolt from my caliper had loosened nearly off. They fixed the bolt and tightened my other bolts on all four sides of my car just to be sure it was safe. I went to pay and they told me no charge since it was just a quick fix. I've taken my wife's vehicle and my vehicle to get serviced here multiple times. Their service is very thorough, and the pricing is fair. I was impressed with their level of consideration, knowledgeability, and communication, which is excellent! Also, I appreciate that they itemized the bill so I know exactly what I'm paying for. At no point did I ever get the sense that they were trying to take advantage of me or rip me off. Cannot recommend highly enough! Future returning customer.
Premier has always been prompt and communicative. I have been taking my car there for a few years now and never had an issue. They are open about their process and what needs done. Latest: I hit debris on the road and the plastic cladding under the car broke partially and was dragging. They patched it up for no charge.
I highly recommend Premier Tire & Auto Care. They got me in immediately! My experience was quick, efficient, and the customer service was excellent. Brennan was very kind, friendly, and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Thank you all again!
I pass by this auto care store everyday and they helped me inflate my tires today. This service was free and they also helped me check all the tire pressure. Very professional and friendly.
