Always will give this place 5 stars and recommend to family and friends. Got tints done on my two cars here and they offer excellent pricing, customer service , and getting it done in a timely manner. Their warranty is also great and they live up to the expectations. Highly recommend. Edit to mention names: the owner carlos has always been helpful but this time around, Brian went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied:)

The communication throughout the process was inconsistent and I had to follow up multiple times for simple updates.
I expected better accountability when issues were raised, but my concerns were not taken seriously.
The pricing transparency was poor and unexpected costs appeared in the final invoice.
