We had been searching for tiles and sanitryware for a cloakroom renovation we had been planning for a while. We had visited most bathroom shops locally, but were shocked by the lack of customer service. Our fitter recommended Premier, and we're so glad he did! From the warm welcome excellent quality at reasonable price, and great knowledge, you honestly don't need to go anywhere else, easy to get to and free parking

I purchased a bathroom mirror from Premier Tiles & Bathrooms UK in September 2024, and I’m only just getting around to leaving a review now. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. When I called with a query, the staff member I spoke to was polite and highly knowledgeable about the mirror I wanted to buy. The price was reasonable and very competitive, and I was able to collect it in-store quickly. I would definitely shop here again—thank you!

Exceptional service, excellent range of products and Premier gave us the sort of discount that a trade customer might expect. Every minor issue was dealt with without any issue, Umer who handled our order was extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Bathrooms ahead of the bigger chain stores.
