We are new to Idaho Falls and were sent to premier for pediatric speech therapy. After waiting 6 weeks due to no available therapists a spot became available. I had to take my son out of school for the appointment to be told the therapist didn’t think she’d be a good fit for my son because she works with younger kids…my son is only 9 years old. I was told she had called earlier that day but couldn’t reach me. I had no missed calls and my ringer was on. This was such a negative experience that I had to get it out there
