Went here for years. Wonderful staff, and excellent service! Definitely recommend!!
Last year I tried to get an appointment here, and could never get anyone to call me. When I was referred here 2 weeks ago, it took over a week just to schedule an appointment for an evaluation. When the appointment time came, I find out the PT took the day off without anyone calling To let me know. I have no idea if the staff here is good, and I’ve heard good things about them, because I can’t get past the incompetent scheduling practices.
My son tried speech services before and hated them. We started speech therapy at Premiere this year and the difference is huge!! He looks forward to his time with Luke and he is growing in his communication! All the staff is awesome and we enjoy coming each week
