I would give them 0 stars if I could. Wendy made a the same very basic error on my 2022 and 2023 property tax returns which resulted in an audits from the Dept of Revenue totaling $2,552 that I was responsible for. I paid them $350 to do my taxes as well but the only compensation they offered was to pay the interest owed. Great place to have your taxes completed. Always there to answer any questions. Highly recommended
No one would return calls, tried to make appointment via email and initially they responded but then nothing when I tried to make an appointment. I called the receptionist and she said someone would call me back but never did
Horrible service.
