I have been trusting Ms. Vanison with my tax needs for over 5 years. She is always curteous, prompt, and very professional. She is very knowledgeable and makes filing a delightful experience. She always makes sure I get back a maximum refund. One other thing I love about this company, is they love to do things for their clients to show appreciation. This year they are doing drawings for tvs. Last year they handed out tablets, and turkeys for thanksgiving. And they do cash referrals for clients. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I did not know what to expect doing business across state lines but was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the patience, knowledge and willingness by the staff to assist me with any and all questions. They exhibited courteous and professional behavior as most of our interactions were by phone and email which is hard to find in a business that deals with the majority of their clients in person. My wife & I used PTS and they were GREAT! We got our taxes back in a little over a week and it was more than H&R Block quoted us! They were quick and precise. I'm in the army and was able to send my w2s.
