Very good customer service. I would recommend this person. He is very humble and honest with his work.
Very bad experience. And very dishonest person. Mr Khorshed alam promised us that the will confirm the seats to my parents traveling to Bangladesh. I even want to pay in advance so that I could get the sit number right away. Mr Khorshed alam promised that she will take care of it .but after taking the money he don’t want to give us the sit number. I was very stressed for my parents. Because they are traveling alone and they are old. Just to confirm my parent’s seat number I have to pay extra to the airlines.
