warranty?Why does it take so long? August.5 2025 call and text the person warranty.He says, text me my name address.I did, and I'm still waiting months.It is now february 25 2026. Camera still messed up.
Had them install security equipment and they were very professional and clean. Had some issues with a camera and they may have taken longer then expected to fix the camera. But eventually they took care of the camera and even upgraded the camera at no charge. Awesome equipment and easy to use.
Work that was done was good but over all customer service and communication is plain horrible. Owner James rarely answer texts or calls and when he does it’s the same story, that things will be taken care. Then he’ll continue to not communicate. Been having issues since January of 2024 with empty promises that things will get resolved. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them.
Who answers the phone at this business? been trying to get in touch with them for months about a camera problem. Guess I'll keep posting reviews until they call me back! James? Where are you James?
Called. a recording advised me that the number may have changed and then it redirected me to a strange make a spin get some money now thing
