Ashley works the front desk & she has the best customer service ever. Overall everyone I have met at the office is beyond great . Great team! <3 :)
The entire staff was friendly and very attentive. One of the best surgery centers that I've been to and I've had many procedures in the past.
This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to surgery. The staff was wonderful, the nurses listened and were so attentive. Stephanie and Leia (I’m sorry if I got your name wrong) were fantastic, funny and helped take my mind off everything. The OR staff was so efficient and it was nice to see so many smiling faces before I went under. Overall every staff member there was terrific. If I could give more than five stars I was. Thank you again.
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. They refused to give me anesthesia after poking me with the IV 20 different times because they couldn’t find a vein, the staff is terribly trained and the place is very unorganized. The doctor came out after they traumatized me putting the IV in my hand to tell me that he was just gonna numb my back and stick the needle into my spine instead of putting me under anesthesia because the anesthesiologist refused to give me anesthesia because my bmi Was too high, but literally I alre... read more
This was my first surgery since moving to the States in 1993 and I didn't know what to expect? I always imagined surgery was only done in hospitals and when I arrived it did not look from the outside how I had imagined but any nerves I had before I was taken into the actual operating room soon began to dissipate as it was just pristine and very modern and that alone dropped my stress level and once the nurses got me situated and began prepping me for the surgery I could have never imagined I would feel so incredibly calm and... read more
