1) They called and cancelled a templating appointment, which is understandable because they said the person was sick. 2) Re-scheduled for the following week, found out the person was not sick, just poor scheduling on their part. Also while the person was there to template, we asked when and where we could go pick out the slab. He just laughed and made the comment of, "sure you can go pick it out, it is in Lenexa Kansas" which is more than 3 hrs away. We were unhappy with the appearance of a seam the company installed in our countertops. We had other irregularities pointed out to us by someone familiar with these types of installations. Be very careful when evaluating the completion of their work.

They broke my favorite piece of granite on the bar and they also did not cut any of the backsplash to the right height. When I expressed my concerns about doing it right they offered me cheap looking countertops they selected that does not match the ones installed or the bad parts of the granite that's left over that we were avoiding. I told her I wasn't happy with any of those options. I paid 4k to be unhappy with my countertops when it was their fault. Their substandard solution to the problem is unacceptable. Beware of the Plumbing subcontractors that Premier Surfaces sub out. I ordered a recycled glass countertop for a bathroom vanity from Home Depot. Home Depot subbed Premier Surfaces to fabricate the vanity top. I was charged $120 for a permit by Home Depot .After the counter top was put in, they called the plumber, and he came a couple hours later. He installed the sink and faucet. I asked to see the permit. He told me he did not file for one. They told Home Depot I did not need one when I called Home Depot to complain. I cal... read more
