RecommendedMy company has used Premier Surfaces for all of our countertops. Recently we started looking into shopping for a new provider, due to lack of communication from our rep. Once we voiced our concern and intent to look around, we received Ashley Gouws as our rep. She has been wonderful! She is responsive, follows through, and nothing but a pleasure to work with. Needless to say, we are no longer looking for a new company. Keep up the great work, Ashley!
So the good first, their quality of work is excellent, and that's the only positive thing I have to say. If you are on a timeline, look somewhere else. They said 3-4 weeks for the work to get done. Wrong! Try 10! I would continuously call and always get transferred to someone and they would never answer. I would leave numerous voicemails. Don't even think about email. Great experience from start to finish! "Our kitchen granite was installed today and we were so pleased we had to call Danielle our salesperson at Princess Marble to say how much they love it! Princess Marble and Granite is a class act from start to finish. We enjoyed Terry the measurer and Johnny and Chris the installers who were friendly and very neat. Everyone just did a great job!"
Excellent granite countertops I had a friend that used Princess Marble for her bathrooms and when my mom wanted to put new countertops on her kitchen counters and island I suggested she use Princess Marble. They were absolutely excellent---true craftsmen. The selection of granite was wonderful and the salesperson was very patient and helpful. The install went really well---the pieces fit perfectly and the installers cleaned up after themselves so well we didn't even know they were there. I highly recommend them!
