I have been going to Dr. Sheth for about 10 years. He was referred to me by my Aunt, so he has not only helped me but my family as well. Since I have been in his care, my health has improved. He is a great listener as well as diagnostician. He takes time to talk with each of his patients and is not rushing from one to another. His staff, nurses and administration alike, are very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Sheth if you’re looking for a doctor who specializes in Gastrointestinal issues.
My wife and I go to Premier Suburban Medical Group at 1051 Essington Rd Suite 250, Joliet, IL 60435. There we see Dr. Riten H Sheth our gastroenterologist. When you enter his office its clean and you are greeted with a smile and a cheery hello by any of the staff that may be working the check in area at the time. Dr Sheth treated me very well. He explained what was wrong with me and what would need to be done to fix me. He is always polite and when I asked a question he answered it fully. I’m happy to have him as my GI Doctor!
Dr. Sheth wasn’t our problem. It was his rude and incompetent, obnoxious office staff. They are hard to understand, unprofessional, they booked incorrect hospital, kept insisting we lost our instructions when they never gave them to us. We will be going elsewhere. Very surprised by their incompetence and rudeness.
I've had Doctor Sheth for over 16 years now and he is the greatest. After every visit Doctor Sheth always tell me if you need me you call me and I will be here. And he means this. That's important to me. Excellent bed manners and just a over all good person and great physician
He was my G.Il. Doctor for over 6 years. During the last year, he diagnosed me incorrectly and refused to listen to my complaints, telling me nothing was wrong. Fortunately, my primary doctor referred me to another G.I. Doctor who was more competent, took the time to listen and order tests. Also, I've witnessed his office staff acting rudely to some patients. Even though it wasn't directed toward me, I found their behavior - especially the office manager - to be unprofessional at times.
I do not recommend this doctor. He misdiagnosed me with acid reflux. I did not even have any symptoms of acid reflux. I knew my body and my symptoms better than that and went to another doctor.
Dr.Sheth is one of the most patent caring Dr I know. I see a of of them he works with the patient to put things on an easy level to understand. He is dedicated to fighting your problems with everything he has. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about your problem he's the man.
Dr sheth is an excellent dr. He saved my life. I have had him for my dr for a long time. He is a very important person to me. He is excellent at his job. He spends time to listen to you. He may not tell you what you want to hear but from personal experience listen to him...he knows what he's talking about!!
