Beautiful brand new facility with amazing doctors and friendly staff! Although I am very sad and disappointed to hear that some of the MDs are leaving. The main complaints that I have is when you have to call back to get lab results or miss a call from a staff member to to give you results you have to call the main line back and more than likely sit on hold for some time before getting ahold of the person who called you. Also, I went for blood work the other day and that wait time was almost an hour for an appointment.

15 business days to read MRI, unfriendly front desk staff. Nothing "premier" about it. Regretting going to this place now.

It should read 3 stars. Overall it's a beautiful office, most of the staff is really nice, but I called to ask how much an Ekg costs, they called me back after 2 days, and the person who called tried to tell me to go to a different department which I refused to do since I had already tried that department. When he answered my question it was the same general answer I got off the internet. No help.

I normally go to silver cross for my infusions but I thought I’d stay close to home and try this place. I instantly regret it. I don’t pay a dime at silver cross and was charged almost $4,000 here. I should have been told in advance, I would have never stepped foot here.
