I have been with Dr. Lai and his nurse, Nancy for over 18 years. He identified and treated some of my more serious health problems while also always being there to treat more “normal” things. His bed side manner is awesome. He really cares about his patients.
He is an amazing, awesome doctor. He has been our doctor for decades.
