Definitely did not come across as approachable or friendly. Many of the theories that he suggested sounded like his own beliefs rather than backed by medical evidence. I would not go back to see him and definitely not have him as my PCP. Probably needs a little bit more training and experience

As a healthcare provider myself, I am giving a five star rating with this review because I believe that having a difference in opinion just means that Dr. Lach is not the right physician for my family, and does not mean that he is a bad doctor. I was referred to Dr. Lach by another member of my son’s care team. He has psychiatric needs that require medical intervention and it was becoming difficult to manage therapy, PCP, and psychiatrist appointments with my family’s busy schedule. Dr Joseph Lach and his team are remarkable! He has been my PCP for about a year now and I am so grateful that I found him. I see him at the Lockport Il. location. I can’t say enough about his compassion, experience and straight forward demeanor. He is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Dr Lach & team!
Dr. Lach was very knowledgeable and kind, and the office receptionist was cery helpful. However when I went to return a missed call from the office this very rude hispanic lady answered and was short, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. This call was 12/28/2022 @ around 12pm. This person needs to realize that working in the medical field needs to come with compassion, patience, and professionalism. Idc what bad day she had she had no right to take it out on us.
