Heidi at Premier Subaru service department is one of the greats in customer service - I have had Subaru vehicles for almost 20 years, and had repairs in the past with Premier since 2016 when I moved to the area... none of my experiences in nearly 2 decades have amounted to what Heidi was able to help with about 2 weeks ago in one visit.
