I am not happy with my childs photos. First they have her over smile. That was for spring pics. Her first kindergarten pictures she was absent so i sent her in for retakes. RETAKES. Keep in mind retakes are for when your not happy with the first pics so you would think the photographer would try to take a better photo during retakes. In these retakes her hair is sticking up out of places and she looks sleepy. They dont even bother to fix her hair or anything. I have sent 3 emails over 2 weeks about my missing order and no reply. I call, and no one ever answers the phone and it just rings until it goes to some fax machine. I'm using both phone numbers directly from their website. The 800 number and the 559 number. Absolute WORST school photography studio in the state of California. ZERO customer service. ZERO response. First off I just got my sons school spring pictures, the background is so cheesy!! Then they send you the photos and say would you like to buy this package. Umm no I would not like to buy this package so now you have to take it all back and throw it away. Why are they wasting all that paper for a school of over 500 kids?? Just offer digital downloads or send the pictures to the parents digitally and they can then pick a package and order it. Or buy the digital and go print off what the sizes they want.
