Do not like this company. Wish the school would switch. Their packages are not good, my photos of my child were blurry, I had to beg for my digital copy that I purchased. Nothing about them is good honestly. Won’t order photos anymore if it’s this company still.
Horrible service. I paid for an extra packet as both my daughters attend the same school so i got Buddy photos. I spoke to the receptionist and to another individual and followed the instructions provided so i could get the full package however i recieved my photos missing a page. Called i was told then would send the photo to the school. It has been over 3 weeks since i called and nothing. Just yesterday i recieved the "label has been created" with ups. Im extremely upset. Not sure why school continue to use this service.
