I’ve had low battery issues twice and response time for fixes is horrible. I also have not gotten financial compensation for inability to access my unit. I’ve had at least four weeks of non access ability in just last three months. Update: I was contacted by text message and phone call after I called the company phone number listed on the website. Issue is that the app is owned by the lock manufacturer not the storage company so when you report a problem in the app, the company is not notified. So they still obviously have a... read more
