Keeps raising prices claiming Operations cost but has staff! Really??? I'll look elsewhere.
Pros: reliable gate, wireless access, hassle-free billing, communications... Cons: 62% rate increase in two bumps within last 6 mo (!!!), large sections unlit at night, snow removal shortcomings

increased my rate twice in a 12 month period, a 40% increase over the initial rate. seems like the initial rate it was just a teaser and that this is how they conduct business. The first increase was within just a few months of me moving in. I will be moving out because I can find a 5 x 10 space in my basement and this is just too costly for what it is.
