This place increased my rate by 25% over the course of a year. There have been price increases every four months. The place is really nice and clean and I hate to even leave this review, but I don't respect their business model that takes advantage of people. I tried speaking to the owners. They said, "Please refer to your lease agreement for our rent assessment policies and standards. Have a nice day". Just a bit condescending. So easy to rent & access. Love this storage facility
Easy check in and onboarding process. Love the use of on-site tech for welcome and site use. Excellent overall experience.
Bailee and Austin were amazing and responsive! They were always polite and on top of maintaining the premises. The storage units are very nice and you can access them 24/7 which is not so common for this area. The only thing I would say is there are a shortage of mirrors inside the storage lot so sometimes you can’t see cars coming, but that’s not under the staffs control at all so it’s not worth deducting a star for, and I didn’t have any issues caused by it.
