This is a really great place to rent from! Very clean, great prices, and the owner is very friendly. We had to change our bank accounts and we had forgotten to change it on our storage account and by the time we realized it we were late on our payment. My wife had explained what happened and he waived the fee for us as a courtesy. The only reason we aren’t using his storage facility now is because we finally were about to build our own where we live! Otherwise we would still be there!
I won’t be using any other storage unit as long as I live in NWA. The owner is very responsive, respectable and helpful. The price you pay at the beginning is the price you’ll be paying at the end, which says a lot because most places like to raise the price on you for no reason. I was able to rent a unit and a parking space for under $100 including the insurance. Highly recommend this place!
