The owner seemed really helpful at first. We sat up a time to sign the contract for a unit in centerville. He came, I signed my contract, and the next day he messaged me saying that the unit he had assigned for me was not a vacant unit & that he had no others units he could offer. I was highly disappointed as I had declined a different business because he claimed he had 1. Otherwise he's got a pretty good competitive prices compared to others in the area.

Dennis and I had spoke on multiple occasions over a week about a unit. I told him multiple time I was interested in the larger non climate controlled 10x20 unit for $70. In the entire conversation he never once said it wasn't available. Even after I confirmed with him multiple times that we were interested and still interested in the larger unit. The owner Dennis Peters stole all my belongings in storage. He refused to allow the police to view cameras. He then stated his '24 hour video surveillance' was only good for a day or two but he didn't want that info getting out. He said he watched the camera but there wasn't anyone seen entering my unit so he doesn't know what could have happened.
