Wouldn't recommend working with this company. They quoted me a keg washer at $4000 and said it would take a couple of weeks. Then told me the pump wouldn't fit on it so it would be down to $3200. For months they strung me along, never giving updates. Finally the unit is ready and they say the price is $5000. When I mentioned how the price discrepancy is simply unacceptable, he said: "so what? take it or leave it." Maybe it's just this one terrible sales person (Harry), but still go forward with caution.

I got my brewing system from Premier back n 2010, and while it has held up great, anything will of course potentially have problems over time and use. When I recently had problems firing up my brew kettle, Premier was there for me -- diagnosing the issue via email and over the phone -- getting me back up and running.
