WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered my daughter cheer shoes through these idiots on august 12th and they ordered the wrong ones, so I asked for them to be reordered, they call me a week later saying "I have a note here telling me to call you do you know what thats for?" I said yea my daughters cheer shoes, you were supposed to reorder them in black. Bought four polo shirts for Maria de hostos charter school. They made me pay 70.00 took two weeks they don’t have my shirt sizes. They called to say they don’t have the shirts. And they have no proof of the shirts. And they can’t refund my shirts because he keeps paper receipts and doesn’t have proof. I will be reporting this fraudulent company. And the company women and elderly man that runs the story is just sad. They don’t know how to conduct business.
