The older female pharmacist is a rude woman with no tact.
I requested a refill three days ago with no follow-up. When I called for an update, I was held for 10 minutes, only for a rude representative to claim they couldn't find the request and tell me to wait for a text. I cannot trust a healthcare company that lacks basic operational competence
