10/10 EXPERIENCE! :) the staff was very nice and welcoming! I was able to get my braces the SAME DAY and everything was so fast! reasonable pricing as well! thank you to Tia (my birthday twin) for my beautiful braces:)
Everyone in this office is amazing the names that stuck out were Kendra Tia Melissa and Dr. Monsure Tia went above and beyond she drove to get my newborn some formula from the store Kendra was amazing behind the desk and Melissa is understanding informative helpful and great at her job as well as Dr. Monsure
The staff is absolutely amazing. When you first walk in you’re greeted and acknowledged with a warming smile. The entire team is so kind and make sure the whole family is taken considered not just the patient. Both our hygienist and dentist took the time to answer all of our questions, inform us about the healing process, and shared a smile and laugh all while staying productive and respectful of everyone’s time. Excellent service, excellent staff
The ladies here are the best! They made us feel right at home since day one. Dr. Kates is the BEST. A master of his craft and a true professional.
