Poorly run office and orthodontist not the best. Got a new retainer for our son (college age) and it didn't fit, so he's unable to use it. Forced us to prepay the full amount ($425) and never billed our insurance or reimbursed us for the insurance-covered amount. I asked to speak to their billing person, they refused. I asked for the practice manager to call me, never got a call. Overall, a big disappointment.
