I CAN NOT WAIT TILL MY KIDS GET THEIR BRACES OFF. APPT TIMES ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
I started going here 2 years ago when Dr. Breha was here and I loved it. After he left and the girls at the front desk left, it started going down hill. The people at the front desk never smile and are very rude. The check in procedure has changed at least 3x since I started here. Scheduling appointments are a hassle every time I come. The price is good compared to any other orthodontist that I’ve checked. They need to take in consideration that we aren’t just paying customers, we are patients.
Customer service is poor. Scheduling appointments are a hassle. They seem to always be running behind. Check in procedure is ridiculous.
Was scheduled for a consultation for Braces. Never made it past check in as the receptionist was beyond rude, cocky & arrogant. Not the way to welcome a new patient. With the plethora of dentist in the Cleveland area you would think they would conduct their practice a bit better.
Think of this business as the Earl Schreib of orthodontics!!!!!!!!!! Run don't walk away from any of their locations.
