I used Premier Settlements to close on a home I purchased in June 2019. The home I purchased was relatively new, built in late 2018. After doing my own research, I found the optional title insurance to not be worth the $1,000 closing fee and declined the coverage. I immediately received a call from Sean Lafferty at Premier Settlements saying I was making a huge mistake and I was literally one of a handful of people to ever decline title insurance with their company.
