Absolute garbage company. Just like the other reviews mention, they pushed our closing date and refused to give any reason even when asked multiple times by me, the mortgage company, and both sellers. They never called or emailed me even when we wanted to clear up important updates or schedule a time for closing. It was always an excuse even though I made sure that they had my contact information correct. For every update I had to chase them down. This place cost my family from moving into our house starting today, Friday ,. They had us sign in the wrong place and no one realized it for 6 1/2 hours And by then it was too late to be recorded.. As we work, we just cannot take off time starting on Monday With no notice, to move and this is costing the kids from starting school on time on Wednesday.. Pretty amateurish that you can’t even do your job correctly. If there was a zero rating, they would get an absolute zero
Not a "premier" title company at all! Probably one of my least professional closings ever. Not timely, can not follow contract dates, no communication, wrong mailing address and didn't receive deed until 2 months after final closing date. Please select a different settlement company!
