Horrible customer service, Tech came out to inspect my DCS range and broke an additional part. They refused to correct the issue. The owner actually told me To take my business somewhere else if I did not like their service. She was very rude and I don’t know why DCS uses them. DO NOT CALL OR USE THEM. They actually charge for the fuel it takes to come to your house. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
The worst customer service ever.they sent a tech out on a Monday night after hours to diagnose my refrigerator said office will call to let me know.tues no call when I tried to call busy busy busy. Wednesday I called again asked why they didn’t call me service was down. She looked up my account from caller ID. Told me they are waiting to hear from the warranty co. I called the warranty co. I contacted Premier Service Group to service my Thermador gas range the early part of June 2019. I was told that out of the parts required 4 to be exact that they could not get them from their suppliers and could not go to the manufacture. They told me that if I wanted the repairs completed by the time I requested I would need to order the parts myself. I ordered the parts and had them overnighted to my address. I have a home warranty that uses Premier Service Group. Within 1 2mont span, they came out twice to REpair my $1200 Dollar cooktop. The first repair in January of 2019, they replace the Igniters on the stove, to do this they had to lift the stove off of the counter top to complete the repairs. There were no problems with the Igniters, but now one of the burners stop working. They came out again to fix the burner, but this time the technician while lifting the cooktop, cracked the glass top. At that point they sop the repair.... read more
The worst service!!! They evaluated for an issue on my built in refrigerator when the technician came out to do the repair the issue was not repaired instead he cut off valves replaced valves & supposedly fixed some leak...the refrigerator never got cold to it’s proper temperature...called them to let them know the issue was not fixed & informed me that they had to do another evaluation...ridiculous because they had already performed an evaluation and had come to a conclusion of what the problem was...HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! WORST company I have ever done business with...charges customers $99 for service visit but never provide a quote for the parts and labor. They said I would get something by email within 24 to 48 hours, here we are 3 days later, I called today and the girl said "You should get something before we close at 5". Looked at my email including my junk box but nothing yet. They seem to have a history of this according to their reviews on Google and Yelp.
