I was renting a unit from a different company in the Tri-Cities area that switched to new management. My rates were doubled overnight without notice so I searched for a new storage unit and found Premier Self Storage. I would absolutely recommend Premier Self Storage to anyone in the Tri-Cities. They have great rates, a convenient location, and their management is great to work with. Overall, renting a unit here has been the best experience I have had with a storage unit company.

Was looking for a storage unit and worried it would be a headache in finding and dealing with, I was completely wrong! I came across Premier Storage and the owner is just fantastic! Very understanding, very friendly, and gives super out of this world service! I’m so glad I became a tenant here and wouldn’t have it any other way! I told my mom who has storage elsewhere and she is interested in moving her stuff here to premier as well! 11/10 service and friendliness! 💯😊
