I rented a temperature controlled 20' x 10' space for 12 months, and the experience was everything I wanted it to be. Easy to access with the keypad code, handy location in the middle of Meridian/Boise, and access to free amenities like a moving cart and even a moving van! The representatives that i worked with were professional, and Donald was very accommodating when it came time to close out my account.
AWESOME PLACE !!! If you’re looking for a place for your treasured belongings , look no further ! As far as the customer service that was provided to me by Dezi Hernandez ,General Manager , at Premier Storage @ Eagle , He is a outstanding person which is not only refreshing but hard to find in employees . I hope that the owner of this facility realizes that Excellent Customer Service is hard to find and it should truly be treasured . Really appreciated how professional the team is at Premier Storage. Donald is an all-star who is a great customer advocate. We had a climate controlled unit. It was clean, convenient and secure. I highly recommend these folks and will use them again.
Premier storage is an excellent storage facility, and me and my family can’t recommend them enough! Donald and Dezi treated our family with Excellent care. Donald was fantastic, going above and beyond on our moving day. He helped facilitate a smooth transition between the storage facility, the moving company, and us with our U-Haul.
