I met with an owner who quickly signed me up without looking at my house. The installer came two days later and he left my doors open, drilled a wall without permission, went under the house, walked through the house many times, and after wasting one hour of time just gave up and unprofessionally did not do the work. I lost several days time waiting for his unprofessional company then scheduling another company which actually did the work.
These guys have the best customer service and an excellent product since they are a GE Security pro Dealer. This means that they have been prescreened and approved to install and service GEs best home and business alarm systems and maintain a very high CS rating. Morning noon or night they will take good care of their customers and that’s more than I can say about most other Alarm Companies. Usually service is lousy after the sale of the system. These guys don’t do gimmicks just a great product and great installation.
