Gave this company 2.5 years to only be screwed by management. No communication from the top and minimal training. They hire people and throw them into the mix. Most last a month. Do not work for them or hire them. They are extremely unprofessional.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They are the security vendor where I live and are worthless. They are supposed to be enforcing parking every night and do nothing. They are always hanging out with the tenants while on the job and sit in the Clubhouse not monitoring anything. When you call their dispatch line with a complaint, they hardly ever resolve the issue. Would 110% NOT recommend.

I gave this company 1.5 years of my life just to have me train my replacement on my last day. There is absolutely no progression with this company and they apparently are a big fan of collective punishment (which is illegal according to Article 33 of the 1949 and 1977 Geneva Convention) regardless if the individuals who caused the problem are still employed or not.
