Honestly so disappointed to have to write this review. I’ve been coming to them for a while now and I absolutely adored the way Karina would do my brows. Unfortunately I think they have become unorganized and too comfortable. Not once but twice have I driven from the foothills to the studio, WITH APPOINTMENT, just to be informed when I get there, Karina won’t be there.
