I never write bad reviews but I feel this is warranted. Owner was 40 minutes late for my blowout. I just asked for just to just change it to a hot tools appt because I was now an hour late and had a tight schedule.. I hadn’t brushed out my hair because I thought I was going to get a blow out. She didn’t even brush out my hair. I had to ask, can you brush out my hair. The curling iron had another persons hair stuck to it. There were bags everywhere, extensions coming out of the drawers. Run away from this place as fast as you can. I was so excited to get my hair + makeup done for a wedding last weekend. My experience was awful and I hope I can save others the money and stress. 1. The actual salon was dirty. It was dark, messy, and literally hair extensions hanging from the drawers. When she was curling my hair there was other people's hair stuck on the curling iron.
