I had the pleasure of working with Matt at Premier RV, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer my many questions. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, and it really showed how much he cares about his customers. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness—highly recommend working with him!
Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of my camper was able to help work around my work schedule
Overall the experience was not all that bad They broke the key to get in the camper and replaced the lock for me The electric tongue jack was fridge up and not working so they replaced that. When I took the camper out for the first time my black tank showed it was 3/4 full so apparently they didn’t check that when it was originally traded in. They did not fill the propane tanks. Most places that sell rv’s fill them for you out of courtesy. Other than that we are enjoying our new camper
I debated long and hard whether or not to write this up. You will read some whining and some sarcasm. So if you don't like such a thing, then move on. This is a little long winded, you have been warned. First of all A HUGE shout out to Joel George behind the service desk. I believe he is the only one that was ever straight with us and did what he could for us. Jen in the warranty dept also was good although we didn't directly work with her.
