We engaged Premier Rug Cleaning Services to clean two outdoor rugs. We paid an invoice in Feb 2024 and the cleaned rugs were delivered a few days later. However, the larger of the two rugs (2.4 x 3.4 m) was damaged; the edges were shredded. Despite repeated calls and emails (including photos) to the company, they did not call back.
