Premier did the roof for my mother's house. The roof looks great. They were supposed to do gutters and fix some siding that was damaged from hail. We were told it would only cost the deductible. When the time came insurance was only covering a small amount of gutters, so they wanted an additional $3000 out of pocket, so we declined. The siding part of the job was not done in a timely manner, so we hired someone else to do it.

Premier did a great job with our roof. They helped us work with our insurance company when they initially didn't want to approve our roof replacement after a major hail storm. We appreciated that they were willing to work directly with insurance to get approval. Our sales rep was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The on-site crew was respectful, hard working, fast and did a good job with cleanup.

They did what others said they could & didn't follow through. After months of waiting for other rioofing companies to work with our insurance and getting no where, they were quick & did a wonderful job, I've referred them to 2 other homes!
