3 years later i still love my awning!!! It is perfect for my needs and has held up well. It started seeping a bit but nothing a little fabric waterproofing didn’t fix. The gentleman who came out to do the consultation was extremely knowledgeable and helped me decide on the perfect awning for my needs. I have the manual crank and i love it. No worries of motors breaking down and i have arthritis in my hands and shoulders but it is easy and fast to open and close even 3 years later. Would do it again without hesitation!
